What’s Needed

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Salt & Pepper

2 pounds Chicken Thighs (Salmon work too!)

2 tbsp honey (optional if you would like a little sweet to counter the savory)

1 Tbsp dried or fresh rosemary


  1. Let thighs sit in marinade for 1 hour
  2. Preheat oven to 450 
  3. Bake for 25-30 Minutes
  4. Enjoy!
