Bison Black Bean Chili
Ingredients
1 Can Sweet Corn (15 oz)
1 Pound of ground Bison
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Can of drained Black Beans (15 oz)
1 Can of drained Red Kidney Beans (15 0z)
2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz drained)
1 tsp of each (Cumin, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Salt)
6 oz Tomato Paste
Directions
- Sauté Bison in pan with olive oil until cooked
- In large pot (or crockpot) combine all ingredients
- Hit with high heat for 5 – 10 minutes then turn down and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Top with sour cream, tortilla chips, hot sauce, jalapeño, and or green onion (optional toppings)
